Fighting for fair in games

I grew up alongside the rise of technology and gaming. It has been an awesome journey, and I truly believe that being born in the early 90's was one of the best times ever. Being able to experience games as they've evolved over the last 30 years has been a great pleasure of mine.

However, over the last few years, myself and a lot of my friends have noticed such an influx of cheating, hacking, botting, and people trying to gain an unfair advantage in games. In multiplayer games, this ruins the experience for everyone.

There's been a perfect storm that's made gaming so much worse:
• Games have moved to free-to-play, removing all barrier to entry
• Cheats have never been more accessible. Across social media, one search away, and they're cheaper and easier than ever.
• Competitive gaming breeds frustration, making cheats a tempting solution
• The streaming economy incentivizes "amazing content" by any means necessary
• Anti-cheat can’t win the fight by itself, especially if it doesn’t matter if cheaters are caught

This is why I set out on this journey to create a solution that would make gaming more fun for everyone today, but also, hopefully solve many of the issues with the online world.

There's a missing accountability in gaming. If somebody intentionally seeks to break the rules to have an unfair advantage over everyone else they should face a meaningful penalty. And anyone sexual towards children online should be removed forever.

PlaySafe ID fixes the issue of cheating, hacking, botting, and bad-actors. It makes gaming significantly more fair, fun, and safe for everyone - whilst retaining user's anonymity and protecting their data.

It's my hope that PlaySafe ID will always be the bastion for players that they deserve.
